Great response time. Julian is a great technician. I needed my filters changed on my reverse osmosis system. Julian was here in 30 minutes, did the exchange, tested my faucets for hardness (we were good) and was out in 30 minutes. Great tech. He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

Their service tech Logan Van De Graaff was over the top helpful. Took his time with the repair and did it right. This is the second time he has serviced our home and he is always courteous to my wife and makes her feel safe when I am not home for the repair. Thanks Logan.

Carl was on time & went through a full process of finding why the toilet would not drain properly. After all of this and discussing the problem and what had happened & when it started, he noticed that someone (the roofer who had just coated the roof) had placed a cap over the air flow tube on top of the home. Removed the cap and problem was fixed.

First of all, Tom is the sweetest and most friendliest guy in the world. Tom came out, fixed our problem in pretty much a matter of minutes and we were not charge a ridiculous amount. This was so refreshing, as I had called 2 other plumbers, one said it was a calcium build up (he didn't even test anything so I have no idea where he determined it was calcium) and another was very adamant about us having more work done to our plumbing system than we wanted. Needless to say we will only be using this company from now on.

We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
