We bought a stainless steel sink at Lowe's & opted to have it installed. BSJ provided us with a timely appointment, showed up when promised, & finished the installation professionally & quickly. This is the 2nd time we've used BSJ for an installation & would be very happy to use them again.

Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

The guys helped out with a sewer scope and impromptu estimate for furnace repairs. They were very thorough, had the scope done BEFORE the appointment time and went through the video explaining all the findings.

I also appreciated that they were able to send someone out to give the estimate for the furnace repair on short notice.

They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.
