We had a clogged toilet, I called them and gave them our details and within an hour the dispatch called and told us they would be there in 60-90 minutes. The very professional young man showed up within the window promised and had our issue solved in less than 5 minutes. Quick, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched. My house is 28 years old and Diefenderfer Plumbing has been doing superior work for me for over 20 years. Ralph and his crew have installed 2 hot water heaters, an RO system, and a water softener. They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner. I also like the fact that Ralph takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.

Only thing good was they showed up on time. The plumber they sent claimed to have 8 years experience. He tried to open a clean out with an old pair of channel locks that looked like they were about to break. After attempting to open the clean out he said the cast iron pipe was too old and needed to be replaced entirely, said it would cost a small fortune and I should make a claim with my homeowners insurance. After he left I went to Walmart bought some sodium hydroxide to clean out the drain because the Dran-O did not work....the sodium hydroxide cleared the drain. Total scam in my mind. Would not recommend, total upsell for unnecessary repairs.
