We had a plumbing emergency late in the day & J. I. Plumbing was the only one who would help us. The other companies we called all needed days long advance notice. Jaime was at our home within the hour enabling us to get our water turned back on for the night. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Quality workmanship. Polite. Fair prices. Kept a clean workspace & even tolerated our nosey dog who wanted to supervise.

Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Henry Moreno was our plumber today. We are investment property owners and first time customer. Henry was very thorough in diagnosing the situation at a 4-plex. Clogged tub/shower drains in a couple of units. As the owner, I talked to Henry on the phone. He explained the situation, made a couple of suggestions and the pro's and con's of each. My tenants called me later and said he was very professional, explained everything to them and made sure they understood. It's not often these days that you come across professionalism, mindful of your tenants, respects property, and has a good attitude. First impressions are everything. Great job Henry. Definitely, 5 star service.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

I love this plumbing company- we've used them on several properties and Amy and Ralph are outstanding. Ralph has been extremely fair in price, and always is on time and really professional. They moved some plumbing for us on a remodel, have replaced a hot water heater and some miscellaneous items. Really great to work with and really fair people- I love love these guys and will use them again when needed.

David and Chris worked very hard and did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know that needs plumbing done. God bless them both.
