Plumbing problems are never fun. This company is so professional from the first phone call through the service. They're great about telling you exactly what to expect and to let you know up front that payment plans can be set up. The service techs are very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Plumbing Express.

The service was excellent and what great detail they put in performing a water heater installation. The gentleman was thorough and got the job done within an hour. The experience was very nice and helpful, I was educated on how water heaters last on service so my experience will follow me on to the new home.

Wade performed a great job on our emergency water line break. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. Good reasonable price! He has done other jobs for us including water heater installation and toilet troubleshooting. I highly recommend his work; he is honest and upright!

Roberto and Robert where wonderful. They explained what they would be doing and why they would be doing the work to correct an Air flow problem I was having
with my air and heat system. They added a n additional air return. My ceilings are vaulted and rather than cut through the ceiling to add an additional duct and have to have the ceiling repaired they added alarger ducting for the flow (my words). FOLKS THEY WERE C L EAN!!.. Covered my clothing in my closet, Vacuumed using their own vacuum. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. AIR & Water you are lucky to have these guys working for you!!!

Total bait and switch from RYCO Plumbing and Michael. As a new homeowner I learned a valuable lesson, always get a written quote, especially from RYCO.
My first disappointment was, I thought I was getting a free quote on re plumbing our main valves outside the master bedroom. When the quote was pretty high I said we weren't going to be able to do that at this time. That is when Michael said there it was a service charge for coming out and giving a quote - they never told me over the phone about that. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but I believe it was over $100 because I remember thinking to myself, well that is like 1/3 of what they were quoting for the work so if I owe him $100 for 10 minutes I might as well get the job done. He said it should only take him two hours. He quoted like under $100 in parts and labor would be the main cost.
They originally verbally quoted like $350 (I don't remember exactly) and he went out to work. I started getting nervous when hours and hours went by and I checked on him a few times because it was a hot August day in Arizona.
Finally Michael rang the doorbell and handed me the bill. It was $769.55!!! More than double than he originally quoted! I was shaking I was so mad - parts ended up being $232.50 alone - Labor was $498, then add on tax. I completely understand a job ending up taking longer than expected, that stuff happens. What I don't understand is I came out and brought him water multiple times and he never mentioned the parts more than doubling in price and I was home the entire time. Just knock on the door and give me an update, I'll probably give you the okay, but coming to me at the end of the job and shocking me like that is a total scam.
Luckily I had a coupon so the price went down to $697, that helped a little. To make matters worse, Michael drove off with my Harkins cup. I dislike that man very much. They also claimed they used all copper on my receipt no mention of PVC, but that was another lie. They spray painted it to look like copper and probably thought I wouldn't notice.
So before they claim they never serviced our home because it probably says I live in Sacramento area, we moved from Mesa in 2015 and I have a receipt to prove service. I was actually hesitant to write a review while still living in the house because we disputed this bill so much that the owner actually came over to examine the job and ended up getting into my husbands face. I give him credit for taking the time to come over, but he was completely unprofessional and actually scared me.

I love this plumbing company- we've used them on several properties and Amy and Ralph are outstanding. Ralph has been extremely fair in price, and always is on time and really professional. They moved some plumbing for us on a remodel, have replaced a hot water heater and some miscellaneous items. Really great to work with and really fair people- I love love these guys and will use them again when needed.
