Called at 1:30pm on a Friday for a water heater repair and they were onsite within 2 hours. Turned out to be a water heater replacement and they completed the install by 5:30pm. Very professional and a fair price. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!We have used them a number of times for various plumbing needs, and the techs have always been punctual, professional, and pleasure to work with.However, their service truly exceeded our already high expectations when our ancient A/C unit went out this week (with temperatures well into the triple digits).Within hours, they scheduled a visit, swapped in a new capacitor for temporary cooling, and walked us through our options for longer-term solutions. John, who made the initial visit, was very knowledgeable about the features of the different models and the cost savings and energy rebates associated with them.Within a day of our making a decision, they had the new unit installed--and this even after they discovered a potential delay. Because the old unit was original to the home and had been passed up directly through the rafters, it was too large to fit through the opening to the attic, so without our asking the team disassembled it to avoid having to cut a wider opening. (We had seen another company take the shortcut in another home in our neighborhood, and even after patching, the ceiling did not look the same.) Because of the disassembly, it looked as though the installation might run late, but the company brought in some extra hands to finish the work on schedule--again without our needing to ask. Nathan, who orchestrated the install, even went so far as to clean out the dryer duct by the new unit, leaving the place cleaner than he found it.It means the world to have a company that you can trust for excellent service at great prices. I cannot imagine using any other company for my plumbing, heating, or air needs and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak water at the bottom. I called J.I. Plumbing early on a Monday morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.) describing what was going on. Jaimie informed me that he could be out by noon, and sure enough - he pulled up just a little before 12:00! He was able to pick up a new water heater, take out the old one, and install the new one - all done by 3:00!! He definitely brings with him years of experience and know how in the plumbing field. What is most impressive about Jaimie is his accessibility and responsiveness. That, on top of his expert workmanship earns my rating of 5 stars!!
