I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Darrell & Scott with 911 were super responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I have an AirBnB in the Valley and my guest called me livid Saturday night because the property was very warm. It turned out to just be user error; but it was helpful to have these guys out to confirm my suspicion. I had needed to have them come out anyway to perform maintenance before the summer heat. 10/10 would recommend them!

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. He was there every step of the way to make it work, his team was on time and on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. I should point out I live in a 100 year-old loft apartment - so all the complications of neighbors and elevators and professional grade rule were in play - and they still did amazing work at a great price. Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.
