Great work. I have been involved in construction and maintenance supervision for 40 years and have seldom seen better crews. I had a utility sink installed in my garage, and a pressure regulator for my whole house. Mike Gisbran, Joe Money, and Bob Labrecque took care of a complex project that included cabinet demo, wall demo, sewer drain and vent relocation and dryer vent relocation. Thier workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. BSJ is not the cheapest around, but the work is top notch. Hire these guys; you won't be disappointed.

Roto Hero was very responsive and their staff was so kind to me. Allen came out to replace the valves in my laundry room and did such a thorough job...and quickly too! He helped move my old washer out as well and cleaned my floor. He went above and beyond!

Moises came to help with my water heater that went out. He was so kind & polite through out the whole process! He was extremely professional and even helped clean at the end. Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for. I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.
