Best New Water Heater Installation in Mesa AZ

I have used BSJ for my plumbing needs for at least 10 years. Robert did a meticulous job carefully removing my old dishwasher and installing a new one, and walking me through its operation. In addition, he took exceptional care to respect my home, floors, clean up, etc, which is important to me when using a business and continuing to use them.

Greg is an exceptional worker who is always responsive. He really cares about the quality
of his work. He is friendly and provides accurate estimates that are extremely fair. He is my plummer now!

Front office staff needs to be retrained on their job & customer service or be replaced. They are terrible & I feel bag for the techs. Tech was awesome!

I needed a new valve, handle and faucet installed for my shower. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name plumber here in the valley I went to YouTube to see if I could do the job myself. After watching many videos it was clear that this job would be well beyond my scope of expertise. The last video I watched was exactly what I needed done. In the video, the guy doing the Job said he was at a house in Gilbert AZ. I immediately looked at the video info to see if there was any company info and sure enough there was. I called and and talked to a gentleman and told him about the video I saw. Turns out he was the guy in the video and also the owner! I explained to him what I needed done and the crazy quote I got from a big name plumber and he was able to quote me a VERY fair price. Not only did he give me a great price but he also sent someone out the next day to get the job done! This company did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Jorge was very friendly and professional. Quality work at a reasonable price. Response was prompt and he worked around my schedule.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

Great experience with this company fixing a cut pipe. Great service, very quick response time.

Arrived timely, at 1:28 pm on a Saturday, (per Ring) and finished the work at 2:29pm (per Ring); they stated they would be here between 12pm & 1pm. He quickly, assessed the work that needed to be done, which was a wax ring replacement (wax seal) on toilet. Total billed: $341.00. Work was completed professionally and area cleaned. The 3 Stars is due to a part costing $25 (to $30), and $300.00 for one hour of work. I will pay for skill & weekend hours, but I will leave it up to you whether $$ was excessive and if you would use their service/s.

It went very well. Diggers plumbing came out and did a great job fixing the problem. We were very pleased and would use diggers plumbing again.

Scott was great, he came in fixed one issue in one of our units and we decided to let him get the other issues done in our other unit as well. He was able to diagnose and fix all issues without any hesitations! Scott is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when it comes to all plumbing issues!

Frank replaced the filters on the RO system and flushed the water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Brandon, On the Spot Handyman, is a very smart and capable problem solver. I contacted Home Advisors because 4 of my kitchen drawers weren't opening and closing properly. They referred me to Brandon. He responded right a way, came to the house, checked out the drawers and determined that the hardware needed to be replaced. He did the work accurately and fast. The cost was reasonable. Brandon is a very good worker, he is a good communicator and a nice guy. I will call upon him again...I'm sure of that! I do highly recommend his work.

For three days I was looking for a leak under my kitchen sink I cleaned under my cabnits every mourning and by the afternoon. I'd have another puddle I called Donley plumbing and they couldn't figure it out said that water was comeing from counter top then I called reidhead and im so thankfull I did they sent jesse and this is by far the best plumber the guy from Donley was here for 2 hours just running water and left saying it wasn't plumbing related jesse found the leak in 2 minutes it was dripping from sprayer just a drip and slowly going down the wall so little it was almost invisable he then left my house to get the faucet I asked him for nand hecame back and installed it he diagnosed my problem left to get parts came back hooked it all up and still beat donleys technician by a hour all in all he was professional super nice and showed up to get the job done would reccomend reidhead to anyone just ask for jesse
