Our toilets, showers and tubs on one end of the house were backed up. Of course this happened the day before a holiday weekend. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, communicated when and who would be showing up and showed up on time. Michael was very professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on and options for keeping it from happening again. Overall a great experience!

Steven fro Reidhead plumbing came out to replace the main water. He had to dig a bit and go under pavers but he did a fantastic job and only took him about 5 hours. He also replaced the dirt from digging and the rocks got rakes and the pavers got hosed down. I am very satisfied with this company. Great Job!

During an (indoors) reconstruction project it was discovered there was a hot water supply line issue in the laundry room. It needed attention ASAP due to time constraints of the rebuild crew currently working the job. Parker & Sons responded to my SOS Mayday call and a plumber was on the way very quickly. They even went the extra mile for me by sending (at my request, if he was available) a person with whom I was already familiar. This business offers several different types of Services, and I have used at least 3 different ones over the years. From first contact to job completion they are very professional and I would recommend Parker & Sons to anyone.

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.
