My wife and I had just arrived from our Christmas vacation to find that our heater wasn’t working later that night and with a five old month baby in the house we needed it repaired right away! Fortunately the following morning I was able to get Thomas B. from Dukes to come and save the day! I’m very happy with their service from beginning to end. The receptionist that took my call was friendly and was able to quote me a time between 2 and 4 pm. Fortunately Tom was able to get to me way before then! Great customer service! Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
