I feel confident working with them, as we will haverelationship of at least 10 years. Every employee I met made sure my concerns and questions were thoroughly addressed.

My husband and I came to Jay with particularly unique challenges; he and his team did went above and beyond through every step of our project. We were installing a coffee roaster for our coffee shop, where Jay took it upon himself to understand the nuances that came with the exhaust venting specifications before ordering the ducting. Despite delays along the way, Jay made sure to communicate every step he took- guiding us along through the process.

When the remaining parts arrived, he and his team were quick to installation. The two employees that arrived for the job, who had originally shown for the estimate, emulated Jay's professionalism perfectly. The communication was clear and precise, yet friendly and warming. In addition, they managed to complete their high quality gas plumbing and chimney duct install with an afternoon to spare.

After the work was completed, we had needed some additional modifications. One quick shout out to Jay, and his team was back and finished in less than 48 hours. Talk about commitment!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Fast too. I had been having trouble with our toilet for awhile and after stepping in ice cold water (from toilet over flowing) for THE LAST TIME...I said enough is enough. Brett was here within the hour and the toilet was finally fixed. I will call again if we need a plumber.
