Nicolas and Jesse came in and quickly identified our problem and gave us multiple plans of action to possibly take. This company is a 5 star company with 5 star employees. I’m an old combat vet and my standards are usually pretty high. I’d happily hire them again in a heartbeat.

If you call this company, make sure that their plumber is doing what you called them for.
We called them for cleaning sewer as our sewer line was getting plugged. We had another plumber stopped by to do initial cleaning. So water was passing at that point. Ferrin Ryco's plumber just ran the water for 10 mins and and did not want to run the sewer machine. He told us that we will not be charged.
Lo and behold, we got a $125 bill. Talking to the customer service repeatedly did not help. Initially, they said their service charge is for 1 hour service. But then the charged the same for half hour.
Our line got clogged within 5 days of their visit.
I finally called AAA Septic Service to clean out our grease trap in our restaurant which was actually causing the issue. I shall never again call this company for my house or store issues. This company does not follow their commitment.

I had a plumbing emergency at 6 AM and needed a plumber ASAP. Called Davis Plumbing Emergency number and the response was amazing. The young man answering was great, polite and reassuring. He called me back to let me know help was on the way. Aaron arrived very soon after and immediately did the necessary repair. I had some other plumbing jobs that I had been putting off and asked Aaron if he would do those for me too. He came back in the afternoon and did everything as requested.
I will give this family owned company any business I have in the future and highly recommend then.

Tyler was professional and friendly. He quickly resolved our garbage disposal/drain issue and the kitchen sink is running perfectly now. We’ve also had a bbq gas line connected using phend and that was also a excellent experience with a professional and kind technician. Highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs!

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
