BSJ Plumbing were very friendly and professional. Especially during this time of the pandemic they took the necessary measures for themselves and for my family, wearing PPE throughout their entire time in our home. We awoke to a massive leak in our water heater. Evolution came out within an hour of our call to them. They were amazing to work with and made sure to work as quickly and efficiently as possible so that our water could be turned back on in a timely manner. Plumbing issues are horrible....make sure you call the right people!

Was on site 20mins after I called to evaluate the job. Did a clean good job and cleaned up after the job. Price is very affordable.

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

Best customer service in the valley... This company is best in the valley. Excellent customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Arizona.... Don't believe give them a shot yourself .

The owner, Kirk, sent his grandson Brett out to help me with unclogging a shower drain. Brett called me before heading over to my house to confirm; he was right on time.

It took Brett about 15 minutes to get my drain unclogged and working perfectly. He even stayed longer to help me with an additional issue that was unrelated to the drain clog!

Brett is a very friendly person, and is very knowledgeable about plumbing. Feel good about hiring these folks; there's a good reason they get great reviews, and that's excellent customer service.

You can not get them on the phone. They tell you to call back because they are on the line but when you do its the same story.

WORST AC COMPANY TO EXIST! If I could give negative 5 stars I would we had an emergency our ac went out and it's 110 degrees outside and inside our house is 98 degrees I called chase Roberts stating our emergency and how we have children in our house and a heart Patient the customer representative nor the manager cared to help us we stated how hot our house was and they showed no remorse I would told by a woman to make an appointment for Thursday it's ok who says that it's ok for your house to be almost the same temperature as outside for the next two days no heart or remorse THIS COMPANY IS OK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE A WARRANTY TO DIE FROM HEAT EXHAUSTION SICK COMPANY THE BBB NEEDS TO FIND OUT HOW THIS COMPANY WILL LET KIDS AND A HEART Patient SUFFER IN A HEAT DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR FAMILY AND CALL ANY ONE BUT CHASE ROBERTS NO WONDER THEY HAVE 1.5 rating and they very other ac company is 4.0 and up in ratings
