Brad came out, was very friendly, courteous and professional and explained everything to me in detail about installation of a new tankless water heater. His guys came out a week later for the installation and they were also very friendly, courteous and very professional. Installation was done quickly and when they left it was like they'd never been there, they cleaned up the work area very neat. I would use BSJ Plumbing for other such matters in my home. THANK YOU

I recently moved back to the valley after being in Seattle for almost a decade. I spent my last three years there working as the only maintenance guy for a late 60's apartment complex of 104 units. With all the rain Seattle gets in the winter, how cheap the property owners were in getting good plumbers to come, and the fact that some of those buildings were old and had plumbing issues since they were basement level, I got used to plumbing quite a bit myself, and when things went beyond my scope I was lucky enough to see what bad plumbers are like and how much fun it is to work with them.

Now, I'm working as the only maintenance guy for a 45 year-old complex in west Mesa. We've had to call Kendall Plumbing a handful of times since I started out here, a couple of times after-hours. They have been really efficient in coming when I was told they would come. They always call when they're on their way. They always get the job done. I love when Kendall himself comes out because he is just really down-to-earth, nice, and a pleasure to work with. They always knock it out of the park and I feel really good knowing they always have my back.

I called my home warranty, and I received a call back from these guys called within the hour, I was also advised that they could be here today.
The came in and unclogged my washer be drain very fast and effectively and clean, Super nice guys am I even took thre shoes off at request when they came in my house.
Couldn't ask for better service, you can't go wrong requesting these guys at all.

We had Fast Layne Plumbing out today for a water heater replacement and we couldn’t be more pleased! We had already scheduled someone who said they would be out at noon but then messaged us they would be out later and we had plans scheduled so we started getting to work on finding someone. We landed on Fast Layne because they were available to come out within 15-30 minutes. Not only was Jesse prompt, he was a professional and the service was affordable. We highly recommend them and will likely be using them for a water softener installation!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Fast too. I had been having trouble with our toilet for awhile and after stepping in ice cold water (from toilet over flowing) for THE LAST TIME...I said enough is enough. Brett was here within the hour and the toilet was finally fixed. I will call again if we need a plumber. Highly recommended - even though it was off hours the price wasn't bad at all.....very fair for the work (and time of day) done. Thank you Brett 😊👍

MasterRootwr arrived fast and handled every issue thrown at them with courtesy. I would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat. Edit: Last visit in was to properly seat a toilet, post a 2k jackhammer to fix the toilet flange. Somewhat unhappy that they couldn't be bothered to cut the bolts so the bolt covers could pop in place, leaving me to have to dig out my hacksaw. I wasn't home to check the work and let hubby handle it. Mistakes were made.
