Pat and his staff in recent months have installed a water softener, a RO system, and repaired two toilet leaks. They are timely, professional, and clearly communicate the problem and solution. One thing I truly respect is Pat takes great pride in the work he does and has a standard of doing things the right way not the fastest or easiest way. He stands by his work and always makes a follow up contact to make sure everything is ok. He stands by his work and makes sure his customers are happy with the work performed by his company. Kevin and Joe were thorough, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They reviewed their own work and double checked at follow up. They showed all my options and costs for each. Work area was cleaner after they came than when they arrived.

Excellent service from our 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing HVAC tech. He clearly explained all the details of the HVAC work being done, handled both upstairs and downstairs filters, and cleaned up the duct or hose (or whatever they are called) of our outside air conditioning unit. The refrigerant was also replaced. He had great feedback on the health and status of our 2 units. He did a consult before this, which was also very useful. And, the tech was engaging and a nice guy, which always helps! I would recommend this company. In fact, I am trying to schedule them for a water filtration system set up soon. Really good company!

Awesome dude

I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

We awoke to a massive leak in our water heater. Evolution came out within an hour of our call to them. They were amazing to work with and made sure to work as quickly and efficiently as possible so that our water could be turned back on in a timely manner. Plumbing issues are horrible....make sure you call the right people!
