Fred was the most wonderful person I have had to deal with this issue with my water heater. He was professional and has went out of his way to assure the job will get done. Although I have had to put money on shipping he could see how frustrated I became when I found the part would not come in until next week. He assured me he would make it a priority to come back even if it is late. He made sure that the service call and labor was discounted. He explained step by step what the problem was and understood how frustrated I was, even if I raised my voice at the person on the phone. He took charge and took it upon him self to provide the information that was needed to get the part shipped. He made sure he will be the one to come and install the part once it is received next week. Thumbs up to Fred! BSJ has a valuable employee with Fred!

Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. As always his quote was well priced and accurate, and his work was friendly, timely, clean and excellent.

I just wanted to recognize this company for their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to since my husband passed. I started doing some research and lo and behold I was extremely lucky to have come across this company. I was assisted by such an informative and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Greg. He was extremely thorough and patiently explained every thing step by step. I never imagined I would learn so much. His genuine demeanor and patience will go along way. I wanted to personally thank him again so much!!!!

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Installed new sewer drain line

In July 2016 Robinson Plumbing came to my home to install a faucet, the installation took 15 minutes and by 3 am my entire kitchen was flooded. I called time and again (finally stopped payment on the check) and at 11 am the next day the plumber showed up –ripped (I watch him do this) the faucet out and told me he would contact Watts and I should give him my invoice. I told him I would call Watts and return the faucet myself so he left and was never heard of again. Watts sent the faucet to their quality control Division but said they could not determine it the damage to the faucet was caused by the install or removal. Robinson Plumbing Company sent a collection notice, which I paid so I would not hurt my credit rating. To Date it has cost me 678.00 (repair of the cabinets, another plumber and new faucet) to correct Robinson’s error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Tammy who answers the phones was very professional everytime I spoke with her. And Roy deserves a raise, lol! Even though I did not need plumbing service, he was so knowledgeable on why I have leaking shower problems. And it wasn't even the pipes! I will definitely give you my business next time! This was several years earlier before the 3/23/22 appt.

UPDATE: 3/23/22 I was going to change to a 4 stars because of schedule mix up. But because Don the plumber made good on it on a late Friday afternoon, I will keep it at 5 stars due to Don. The owner told me he would give Don the option if he still wanted to do it that late on a Friday. Thank you Don for not making me have to reschedule. They were supposed to be there by 3pm. I called to confirm ETA, got voicemail. Owner called 1/2 hour later and said he didn't see me on the schedule, then found me at 4:30AM, huh? So Don who is great and did my bid and another guy came. By that time it was about 4:30pm and it was at least a 3 hr job. But with 2 guys it would quicker. Jared (I think that was his name) did the kitchen sink and left, then Don finished up in the bathroom. Had new kitchen faucet, some turn water turn off/on handles replaced, showerhead, toilet wax ring & flange and bidet installed. I was talking to Don about the mix up and he said he saw me on his schedule that day, but then said it was gone, so he just assumed my parts hadn't come and I cancelled. So curious how my appt got to 4:30am when Don actually saw it on his schedule? Don mostly & Jared are why I didn't change it to a 4. Thanks guys, great job.

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

I've been using Camcor Plumbing for several years and they're been great. I especially like how friendly and knowledgable their service technicians are. I highly recommend.

Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.
