Jared arrived as promised and went right to work. He was very organized and efficient. He used protective booties to protect my floors, removed the old toilets and any trash from the installation process and was done in the time estimated for the quoted price. If you did not see the new toilets, you would not know he had been here. Excellent work..

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

I sheared off a water spigot while attempting to remove a hose. The first thing PlumbSmart did was answer my call with a live person. The individual on the other end of the phone was friendly and scheduled Justin Jones to come out. When Justin arrived he was professional and discussed the options. We came to agreement to fix my spigot as well as replace the shutoff valve. Justin quickly got to work and delivered on his promise.
