These guys are so professional that they don't even need to help residential customers but they love to do it! They seem to look forward to solving my home issues. They do extra work above what I need. They take time to make sure the job is thorough, complete, and more than enough. The service is so fast and they are so readily available that I would recommend no other. You will be happy with their service!

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. He was there every step of the way to make it work, his team was on time and on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. I should point out I live in a 100 year-old loft apartment - so all the complications of neighbors and elevators and professional grade rule were in play - and they still did amazing work at a great price. Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience. John was here on time and not only very professional but also very helpful. The work turned out to be a bigger project than we originally thought. He didn't hesitate at all just jumped right in and got the job done. We are totally satisfied with the work and the service privided. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again but they will have to send John.

Schroeder came out to my home. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and then to make matters worse they messed up the claim with my insurance company to the point that my insurance company denied the claim and would not fix the cause of the loss. They were SUPPOSED to come out to my home again to make another assessment of the problem. They were a NO SHOW five times! They didn’t even give the curtesy of a phone call to say that they were not going to show. When I called to find out when they were coming I was told all five times that they had another “emergency” call come up. Here we are more then a month and still they don’t have the honor to stand their word and my kitchen remains unfixed as well as the plumbing job that they said they would fix!!! Stay away from this company because they don’t deliver what they say they will. They don’t stand by their word nor are their smaller dollar jobs considered important enough for them to even show up to do the work they promised to do.This is still the state of my kitchen a month later. Gary Shaker(owner)is specifically who messed up my insurance claim! There is no HONOR IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HONOR IS KEEPING YOUR WORD AND STANDING BEHIND YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY DOES NEITHER!!!

State 48 moved some plumbing to expand a bathroom, they added plumbing for a washer/dryer and placed water lines for refrigerators. Casey and Adam did the work. They were great. They are very pleasant people to work with and good communicators. Both were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. After the majority of the job was complete a few things need to be tweaked which they came and did right away. I have already hired them to come back and install a tankless water heater and filtration system.
