I used this company to install 3 new toilets in my home. They were great to work with, communication was amazing and I recommend them for any of your needs!

Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). Fair prices, they did not try and sell me something I did not need and were honest about any work needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

Our bathroom tub upstairs had a faucet that would not turn off and was running full blast. We had to turn the water off to the whole house in order for it to stop. Our property manager was unaware that they offered 24 hr service and sent them our work order after hours via email. Of course I was livid when I looked the company up online and called to find out not only were they open, but that they would have came out that night had they recieved the work order by phone as they do not view emails after hours.
Scott who was on call, called me right away even though he couldn't help me. He was kind and professional.
First thing on the morning today, someone called me and stated they couldn't come out till the afternoon. Well... We have 8 ppl in our house. 5 who are children and 3 of those are teen boys who need to BATHE! I am also pregnant. Long story short.... We needed our water turned back on asap. She called me back less than 20 mins later and said a plumber was on his way.

The gentleman whose name I did not catch was very professional. He was thorough and quick.

I am very pleased with this company and encourage anyone to use them.

Gary was great! He stated what needed to be done. Didn’t do a sales pitch like I’ve experienced with other companies in the business. The work was excellent and the price was very fair! I definitely recommend and did recommend PlumbSmart to my neighbor who had the company here the same day for the same job!

We had to have our bathroom sink pipes moved over so our new vanity can fit. Joe was very nice and informative! He took the time to explain options for us and made sure we approved of the price before he worked on it. He was able to compete the job in 1 day. We really appreciate that he took the time to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be using Holly Plumbing Solutions again!

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend.
