Maritza was great in explaining the problem, discussing the fees, working with me on discounts, and was fair in how she negotiated with me. She was very professional and personable. There were unforeseen problems that required a delay in completing the job, and some staffing problems that made the job take longer than expected, but there was good communication through it all.

We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
