I had my ac replaced last October, so at the bogging of the summer I wanted to ensure everything was working correctly. I sent Parker emails and phones to see if they offered any services to inspected the ac after installation. I’ve heard nothing from them it’s like I never purchase anything from them. After services is really bad.

The work was done well, but the technician showed up at 9:30 given that my window was 12 to 5 pm. I was sleeping and was unprepared for his arrival. It wasn’t a technical fault- he was given an 8-10 window. They need to work on communication within.
