Overall a great experience. What made it great was when my HVAC went down, I called to schedule a new install appointment and since install was a few weeks out, the rep scheduled a technician same day for a temporary fix and it was greatly appreciated. Helped us get by the brutal heat.The new install team was solid. They were on time and ran an efficient install operation. Job was completed in about 6 hours. Only feedback I have is it would have been a better outcome if they spent time in checking/adjusting the air flow at each vent to ensure optimal performance. It was put on me to follow up and schedule an appointment with someone else.Marcos was assigned to fix the air flow issues. He was great.Again, overall very satisfied customer. On Saturday morning we awoke to find all the toilets and tubs in the house would not drain. The water would just back up and spill all over the bathroom floor. I found Plumbing & A/C Medic on line and was impressed with there informative web site and their claim to provide 1 day service. I called and spoke with Carol, who was friendly and sympathetic to my plight. She said she would try to schedule a technician for that same day. Carlos, the technician, called me later to say he was on his way. Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes after he arrived, he had diagnosed the problem and was working on fixing it. Within 30 minutes, he had unclogged our main sewage drain pipe and was on his way to his next appointment. I was very pleased with the service this company provided.
