Best Gas Line Installation in Mesa AZ

BSJ Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater for us after our old tank started leaking. We were super impressed with their promptness to respond to our needs, knowledge when explaining how things work so we could make good decisions, and professionalism while completing the work. They took the time to explain everything in a simple to understand way, and were extremely polite and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Holy cow was I just blown away by this company! I just had two toilets replaced by Angry Pipe (I've also used them previously for a clogged toilet). Matt hustled his tail off to get both installed in a timely manner. He was polite, kept me in the loop, and cleaned up once he was finished. Their price was very fair...in fact I doubt any other company could have beaten them! I will always and forever use and recommend Angry Pipe! Thank you!

Don came to replace my aging water heater, arriving on time and was very polite and professional in completing the job. He also was very patient in listening and then answering my questions. Did a good job in cleaning up after also. Their pricing seemed fair compared to Home Depot and Lowes pricing. Very satisfied and will be recommending to neighbors. Extremely dependable and honest. Jorge exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having him in our home to workout some plumbing kinks. Our new Tankless Water Heater is awesome. He also replaced our bad PRV and installed a new kitchen faucet. So reasonable, honest, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

First time we needed a plumber since moving to AZ a year and a half ago. We had no hot water in one of our showers. Checked Google first and found Superstition Plumbing and they had excellent reviews. Gave them a call and Justin was here an hour later (they had just had a cancellation). Aspen Plumbing was one of two local plumbers I had bidding to replace my gas water heater. While the other company seemed like they would do a satisfactory job, Scott from Aspen really went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of (stopping the flow of water to and from the old unit, making sure we could still use our cold water, etc.) before quoting the job and working with us to schedule the replacement. Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!
