I recommend this company and technician Dillon. The company was great from the moment I called and then very impressed with the technician Dillon. He was so professional and patient with me...explaining things to me. Even when I’d ask the same question twice, he was patient and kind about it 😊. Dillon is a great representation of the company. I would definitely call this same company again, should I need this work done again, and I’d request Dillon as my Tech, for-sure. 100% recommend. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from my washing machine pipe on the second floor. I woke up at 4am saturday morning to water coming thru the light sockets. I called these guys because they had 24 service. Brett called back right away and came thru at 5am. Has a baby at home but came out right away. Fixed the leak in an hour, cutting out the busted copper pipe which was in the hardest to reach spot. Thank you guys for your quick and professional service. I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

Wade Roper was fabulous! Wade came promptly and took care of our leak in the salon and had the water up and running in a timely manor. We definitely will use Oasis plumbing at Augusta Ranch Hair Studio again.

Angel took a quick look at our Reverse Osmosis system and found the leak and was able to shut it down!

I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

This is by far the worst of the worst. If I could write a negative rating I would. This company needs to be shut down. Not only are the techs not trained they are so inconsistent with what goes on with their repair. They have been out to our home 8 times in the last 5 months and see about 10 different techs. Not one of them can fix the issue of the AC unit, coils freezing over. They will explain the work that they have done will fix the issue however when they leave the temps rise right back to where they were. The ONLY reason why they are being used is due to the warranty that is in place. We call to schedule another Service Call we have to re-explain the issue every time. Notes, notes, notes!! Either fold and go out of business or figure it out and train your techs!!
