He always tells it to you straight and is incredibly knowledgeable about his trade 🙂 there was a young gentleman in training that came out with Brad (I can't recall his name) however he was very pleasant and respectful, seemed eager to learn - you have a couple of awesome guys there! Just had Mitch with water Pros Plumbing come out to my house today after my kitchen sink stopped draining. He fixed the problem fast and was able to come out same day and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Extremely professional and prompt I highly recommend if you have any plumbing needs!

I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!
