Extremely Prompt (in a pinch for a first time customer) professional, courteous, clean and extremely informative and educationL. They get my vote.

Not happy with this company. I have hired 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing twice for properties I intended to buy. I would never work with them again and advice you to do your research and not just take the referral from your property inspector when hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line.

I worked with them the first time for a sewer scope and the second time for a comprehensive A/C inspection. For the sewer scope I received a video days later with very little explanation as to what I was seeing. Complete waste of $250. The second time the tech was finishing up his work and writing his 'final report' when I arrived on-time at the agreed upon start time. This is a huge red flag. Next he tells me there is nothing to worry about with the A/C unit. It's pumping out air now will it last 1-year, 5-years I have no idea Fast forward 1-hour and the A/C unit sounds like it has bowling bowl circulating in the fan blades. I asked my Property Inspector who was absolutely terrific, and he proceeds to tell me 3-very problematic issues with the A/C unit: It is sitting on an uneven platform, it's not 12-inches from the house per code and there are flayed wires. He recommends the A/C unit be replaced by the seller.

You can imagine my unhappiness when I place a call to the owner of the company next day and he leaves me a message saying this is a 'good learning experience for his tech' and then proceeds to re-issue my invoice.

When Buyers are prepared to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a property and trust a company to protect their families interests this is not the level of customer service we expect. These issues could have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Very unhappy with 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing and advice you do business with a more reputable group of people.

Water Pros Plumbing did an excellent job at replacing my RO filters. They were quick and efficient and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, and I’ll be using them in the future!

Extremely dependable and honest. Jorge exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having him in our home to workout some plumbing kinks. Our new Tankless Water Heater is awesome. He also replaced our bad PRV and installed a new kitchen faucet. So reasonable, honest, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

Superstition plumbing has done work on mine and my parents home. Everyone is very knowledgeable, super friendly, honest, and do awesome work. They worked around my schedule and got my house fixed with very short notice. We needed someone to do a complete re-plumb on our property in Lakeside, AZ. Joe the owner and operator of Diggers Plumbing LLC researched and secured all the permits. He removed the old septic tank , replaced it with a new system and dug the entire leach field. He also re-plumbed the entire 1500 square foot house, including adding and moving plumbing stub outs in both bathrooms. It was a big job, well done.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!
