Brad came out, was very friendly, courteous and professional and explained everything to me in detail about installation of a new tankless water heater. His guys came out a week later for the installation and they were also very friendly, courteous and very professional. Installation was done quickly and when they left it was like they'd never been there, they cleaned up the work area very neat. I would use BSJ Plumbing for other such matters in my home. THANK YOU

We had an appointment for a plumber to come out at noon. Someone text me at 8:34 about coming out. Since I live in a different state I told them to contact my daughter. She waited home from 12-5 and none showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they called me twice yesterday and I never answered. I told him I did NOT receive any calls (and I was happy to send him a screen shot of my call log) he basically called me a liar, said my phone was broken and told me to find another plumber. Nice, real professional!

I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Bravo to Davis Plumbing! We live in an older home, and as such have had to replace/service almost everything. Davis Plumbing has replaced all our toilets, provided RO services, fixed leaks, and replaced our water heater. Every employee who has come to the house has been knowledgable and capable, but friendly as well. They have always been honest, and we never worry about them over-charging.
