What made my experience so awesome was the tech, Peter J. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure I felt comfortable with the work before he left. I would use the service again.

Called Dugan because I had a leaking water heater. The technician, Jay used facetime to assist me to shut the unit off and was there first thing the next morning to replace the heater. I would highly recommend Jay and Dugan Plumbing!

Great crew, great work and great (fair) prices. This crew, from start to finish, were awesome! They showed up on-time, ready to work and were respectful of our home. They communicated with us throughout the project, were neat, proficient and efficient. They installed a complete HVAC system, water heater, water softener, toilets and owner requested plumbing repairs in one day! I would call these guys in a heartbeat for ANY plumbing and HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

On 9/17/18 my kitchen drain was stopped up, I called a well known pluming company in for a $83.00 snake the drain.
To make a long story short, the $83.00 snake the drain, turned into $468.00 bill after they brought in a water jet, when that did not work they brought in a drain camera, and told me where the stoppage was.
The stoppage was 12’ from the cleanout, yet they told me they had 40’ of snake in the drain.
Before they left they gave me a $2,545.50 estimate to dig up the lines and find and fix the problem.
They left, problem still not solved!

The next morning I called the well known plumber company and asked to speak with some one in charge, and was told they would call back.
They never returned my call, needless to say I put a stop payment on the check.

I decided to get a second opinion on the stoppage, and called Plumber from Down Under (Anthony)
Anthony put the snake in the clean out, and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes, and charged $100.00

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. Justin came and saved my holiday season! My son threw his toothbrush in the toilet and flushed causing our toilet to stop draining. I called Evolution, and they had a plumber out to my house in 70 minutes. Justin gave me a quote, fixed the problem, and was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. I was terrified of having a huge plumbing bill and issue, and my worries were gone quicker than I ever would have dreamed. I will be a customer for life.
