Very satisfied with my Plumbsmart service on Wednsday. The technician (I believe his name was Dave) was on time, friendly, and professional. He replaced an (old) tubular extension piece that broke off while removing it to insert the cable drain - which easily removed the clog. He gave me helpful advice on replacing the remaining old plumbing (basket strainer) that was leaking. I also received a discount from the 1yr Service Agreement I had previously purchased. I chose not to hold it against him that he was from Wales (My mother is from Liverpool... a Scouse) Just kidding. From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. We are very happy with Arizona's Dukes of Air and they will now be our one and only resource for AC and Furnace repairs. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. Dukes of Air will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.

I needed a softener and RO system. They came out promptly to give me an estimate, and they beat the other estimates I got for the project. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time for the install. They did a great job! One company was going to run water lines along my ceiling and walls, and told me I'd need to patch some drywall when they were done. Not Fast Layne. Everything looks really professional.

So, if having work done on time, professionally, and for the lowest price matters to you, I'd give them a call.
