We had Justin and team out to install a misting system we won in a charity raffle. The guys were able to come over quickly and had the job done in less than a day. They also helped us figure out what else we may need to keep our yard cool, without being pushy. The yard is enjoyable now and can't wait for next summer to really enjoy our new system!! The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

We got a quote from Ron to install a dishwasher. Antonio came and installed; he was very professional, personable, and did an excellent job. Our price was even less than the quote. I would highly recommend them for work you may need.

Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

AWFUL customer service. Run capacitor went out within four months of their install, I called the customer service, told me to deal with it. I’m in absolute shock. Go with Parker & Sons or ANYONE other business in Arizona. Literally anyone else.
