Pat has been so great all the times he has come out to our house! The issues we have had were slow draining in the bathroom and the wall drain for the washing machine filling up and out twice. He has resolved our issues quickly and has always come out the same day. He is always good about communication, friendly, timely and very affordable. My mom has used him as well and I would refer any friends or other family to him for their plumbing needs.

Lowe's recommended Bsj Plumbing and Appliance to install my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I was very happy with Chad, the Bsj plumbing technician, who arrived at me house as scheduled, completed the installation in a timely manner, carefully cleaned up his work area, and took time to explain to me, in detail, the operation of the dishwasher, fully answering the many questions I had. Chad was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Chad and his company.

Our toilet was very much clogged. Very fast and very professional service by Chris. Friendly and quick. Will use again in an emergency (Also, Chris is a veteran, and as one, I am big on supporting the veteran community).

Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. As always his quote was well priced and accurate, and his work was friendly, timely, clean and excellent.

I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Called 911 plumbing after seeing their truck in the neighborhood. Called our usual plumbing company and nothing open until next week. Our washer plugged up and lots of water on the floor so needed it fixed now. Brandon came out by noon and fixed the problem. So grateful and he was exceptionally nice and professional. I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink.
