Called Pat early evening to see if I could set a appointment for the next day, because of water leakage in my bathroom. He told me he was in the area(Mesa) and could check it for me tonight. Even better, the longer it would of took me to find someone to fix it the worse it would have been for me. I was worried about price, but he took it all apart and it only took him 20-30 minutes. He knows his plumbing for sure.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

Very friendly and respectful. From the receptionist to the installer, prompt and professional. Even offering suggestions concerning warranty which saved me close to $1000. Great company!

Darrell came out today, found a wire issue on my capacitor, fixed it, treated me right and with respect. I would not hesitate to use them when my AC will need replacement in the next year or so. My experience was fantastic, I really appreciate working with honest and quality contractors like 911.

In search of new plumbing services, my mother referred me to GMR and boy was that a good referral! The first time I ever contacted them via text, they came out THAT night. They were able to fix my problem very quickly and even informed me that the previous plumber did not put in the right size piping under my sink. Fast forward to future needed services, the owner has been nothing but quick with responses and ALWAYS has been able and willing to come out to me THAT day or within 24 hours. I have never had an issue getting on their schedule quickly. Every plumber, including the owner, of GMR, have been extremely nice and informative in regards to my plumbing issues in my home. They are extremely affordable and are not like typical plumbing that charge an arm and a leg for services. They are very fair and will do what they can to work with you. They are all very well educated and you can tell they know what they are talking about/doing. You can tell that Jerry and his team are very proud of the work they do, as they should be..they sure do deliver on that! I have never felt like they were trying to give me a service I don't need just to higher the ticket price...the complete opposite actually! They have a great warranty as well and back up all of their work so you can feel secure! I am grateful to my mother for referring me to GMR as they are now my go to for plumbing! Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
