Fred Cherri came to repair the faucets & install a toilet. He did an excellent job & everything looks and works great. Very pleased with the job that was done.

Nicholas came out and found the problem right away this company is awesome I called they answered and told me he would be here within 30 minutes to an hour he was on time I’m very respectful assess the problem and taken care of for a very reasonable price

Ryan came out and found a leak in my pipe. I have used Ryan in the past and have recommended him to many people, but I wanted to make sure he knew how much I have appreciated all the work he has done for me. Keep up the good work Ryan. PS, be prepared to tear my house apart and come work on my sewage lines. Cast Iron to Plastic... Biggest upgrade on the 1969 to date.

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

This is a mixed review as we had 2 people come out. The first guy was very nice and walked us through what he needed to do to change the shut off valve on the main water line into the house and gave us a quote on changing the water faucet to our washing machine as it was leaking. This repair was going to require cutting dry wall so we decided to delay it. We also asked about a water softener, but to his credit, he recommended that we contact PlumbSmart and ask for a quote from one of the guys that installs them. He was unable to shut the water off at the meter, but he called the City of Mesa to come out and replace the shut off valve at the meter because it was stuck and told us he would be back the next day to finish the job.The city came out and turned the water off without any issue, so I called PlumbSmart and I thought the same guy would be coming out, but they sent Michael instead. Michael was clearly more knowledgeable and explained everything. He told us what the issue was with the washing machine faucet and thankfully, dry wall cutting is not needed to fix it. He walked through different scenarios for where to install the water softener and what would be required.Both guys were polite and professional. PlumbSmart sent me a text with their names and I received a picture of Michael so I knew who would be knocking, which was comforting. My husband was home, but if I had been alone, it would have given me peace of mind. I will be asking for Michael specifically next time as he is a problem solver which makes all the difference.

Amazing workmanship. Staff was super friendly and respectable. They did amazing work at an unbelievable price, incomparable to all the other plumbers we had been dealing with. Would do it all over again in a heart beat! Thank you Schroeder Plumbing for helping our family!

Parker and Sons are so reliable and they have a great team that all works and communicate together. Tyler came out to check why our air wasn’t blowing cool air and of course we needed a new HVAC system. He went over pricing and the schedule. Angel and his partner spent the whole day working their butts off installing the system and we are enjoying our cool air :)
