We installed a new hot water heater and a hot water loop to get instant hot water to all sinks and showers. Michael and Robert were great experts, very knowledgeable, friendly, explained things well, kept us informed through the process, very clean, impeccable professional workmanship, and they took great pride in their work. If I could give them 10 stars I would give them 12. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. If you need any work done don’t hesitate in hiring them. You will NOT be disappointed. First class workmanship and company.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

My water heater quit while we were out of town. I found these folks on a Sunday night as soon as I got home, called and scheduled an appointment right then. I had absolutely no issues, Don S was great! He even adjusted our water pressure up into the recommended range-thanks Don! I would absolutely recommend this company.

Nicholas and Kyle came out to do my gas pipe and assess the issue that was going on with my Water Spicket my water bill I noticed was going up so I just had a question and asked now and did he answer my question he assess the problem and I was very satisfied of the work these guys were awesome no more leaking water yay

Not really happy with the service I got. Called them out because I had a loud vibration coming from my furnace that gets progressivley louder as the heater runs. Technician showed up rather timely but couldn't locate the issue so he placed some rubber dampeners along the unit to soak up the vibration. $95 dollars later the heater kicks on later that night and the vibration is back and louder this time. Call them out next morning and it's decided to replace the blower wheel but the parts store is closed so the tech must come back another day but I was also informed when the tech showed up and not over the phone that there would have been an overtime service charge if he had done any work that morning. Tech leaves and on a whim I go up to look at the furnace myself while it's running and see that the noise is actually from a loose metal strap vibrating against the rafter. Fixed it myself and annoyed that I wasted the money for a pointless service call but glad I didn't waste more money on a unnecessary part.

We have had a few plumbing concerns and Water Pros was beyond helpful! They were willing to come same day when we really needed them. They are very responsive, professional and do quality work for a great price! I will be using them for all future plumbing needs!

This is a very good plumber. Had them here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and as honest as the day is long. Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). Fair prices, they did not try and sell me something I did not need and were honest about any work needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

This past March I had the need for a plumber again at my condo. Superstition Plumbing came and replaced my garbage disposal and replaced some pipes under the kitchen sink.
