My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. Ferrin Ryco came recommended by someone in the property management business. I was happy with their initial visit that involved basic replacements in our acquisition built in the 90's.The service we received for the second round of work was far from exceptional. The new bathtub was leveled after I called to complain. My sink stopper did not work after the second service call. I asked the receptionist and a member of this family owned business to ask the owner to call me to discuss my concerns. The only additional communication I received was an invoice sent in error. The lack of follow up and poor attention to detail is truly disappointing.

These guys are such crooks. The plumber wanted to charge me $140 a hour just to diagnose the issue when the the problem was just a closed valve. The crook charged me $100 to open a valve. Definitely do not recommend.
