I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. I have a large house in historic downtown that has 3 Heat pumps and 3 Evap coolers. It was built in the 30's so has an unconventional layout as well as ongoing issues. I always request Tom to service my units and make sure everything is running as it should. He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of his trade and I trust him completely. He never tries to upsell me on anything and when I did need replacement of new units, he stepped through recommendations and options. I thought I should buy the biggest units possible due to the square footage of my house. He explained to me that would be overkill and spending money on oversized units would not be the smartest move for me or my electric bill. He is honestly there to do what is in the best for my property while considering my pocketbook. He knows my house, my units, my ductwork and my dogs. It makes a big difference to me when choosing repairmen. I purchased a maintenance contract from Dukes of Air, as it is the smartest thing financially. It also gives me a discount on any repairs that need to be made. This is a reputable company who clearly takes care of their employees. That speaks volumes to me as a business owner myself. Happy employees who love what they do and love where they work, are motivated to do a good job for the clients. I have found that to be the case with Dukes of Air. I am particularly pleased that I don't have a new face showing up with each service call. I also have rental properties which they service for me as well. Consistent quality work, educated work force, and bright administrative office staff is why I remain a loyal client. They are not the cheapest company, but I have found you get what you pay for. I am a long term happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend Dukes of Air to anyone needing a new AC, ductwork repair, or servicing of units.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
