Best Camera Inspection in Mesa AZ

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.

Wow! This company is so fast. They were out to our house immediately. I want to especially recognize Greg who explained our problem easily to me, dealt with people that were renting our house, & fixed our pipe quickly. He was courteous professional and a one of a kind hard worker. Thank you all so much.

We had the best experience with Lighthouse Plumbing! Our water heater leaked, we had some damage and we were in need of a better solution. John and his team saved the day! John explained our options in great detail. His team arrived on time both days, kept us up to date on progress, cleaned up after their work (so our drywaller could come in and make his repairs) and did not leave until we were happy! Oh are we happy! They installed a tankless water heater and a water softener. They even repaired our faulty master shower so we can use it again and enjoy our new water system. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was! We will never use another.

I called yesterday to have them look at a leaking shower in my rental home. They scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 12. Brian called at 9:50 this morning and was at the house in 20 minutes. Although we decided not to do the work right now they were very professional. The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
