Parker & Sons was a lifesaver today. After being without AC in 100 degree weather for the entire weekend, we were hopeful our home warranty company had referred us to an HVAC company that could help us right away. We were wrong. The company they referred us to could not come out for 4 days. So.. we decided to take matters into our own hands and we reached out to Parker & Sons. After explaining that we have an elderly person living with us, the dispatcher worked hard to get us a technician the same day. David came out and was fabulous! He replaced the broken part, checked the air handling unit in the attic, and cleaned the outside AC unit. What a relief! We signed up for the maintenance program on the spot. We are very grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of Parker & Sons.

Scott was our Service Technician, he was professional, prompt and informed us about the process along the way. He let us know we had a good working system. He was in and out in about 40 minutes.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

On a new build the brand new AC unit they installed required repairs after a few weeks. They sent a guy, he added freon, fine. One year after installation it stops working again. We call, this time the receptionist said they know it's an emergency but the soonest time they will come is in 3-4 days. A few days later the guy investigates, says the compressor is busted, and he won't even order the part until we give them $1800. Their warranty apparently doesn't cover parts, even if they cause them to break, only labor to an extent. I'm pretty sure they just hike the price of the parts to offset the labor. If you are buying a unit that uses chas Roberts for AC, set aside an extra few thousand dollars because it's almost guaranteed that you will need it. I love my house, but I hate feeling like there is a ticking time bomb looming because of chas Roberts.
