I needed the valve replaced in the wall for the ice maker line and Fred came to do the repair. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and went about the repair in a timely fashion and cleaned up the mess. He had to cut into the drywall but I don’t even need to have it fixed as it’s behind the refrigerator and looks as neat as can be. I highly recommend BSJ...they also replaced a water heater for me in the past.

I called in the morning and within hours they were here to diagnose the problem with my AC. My tech Justin was not only professional and knowledgeable but he was extremely friendly and trustworthy seeing as how I just let him do his thing while I was working from home like most of us these days. He was able to finish his work the same day and got my ac to work. He explained to me the cause of the problem and the remedy. Thank you for taking the time to care enough to explain this. I’d recommend Dukes of Air to anyone, specially with my experience with Justin. I can’t speak for all the staff there but Justin knows his stuff!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
