Don’t waste your time or money on other plumbers. Pat returns calls, shows up when he says he will, does super quality work in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. He is the third plumber we’ve had come to the house and now will be the only one we will call.

I have used them twice for my home. Once was for a hot water heater repair and now garbage disposal. I always I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. They are my first call when I have a plumbing issues. I have some bad experiences with other companies but never with this one.

As consumers, we often second guess what we are being told for fear of being ripped off. These guys were transparent and honest. Great company. Our property management company uses Dugan Plumbing. They called me quickly to schedule a time frame, then Tim called me again to let me know he was on the way so I could meet him there. Tim was so friendly and informative and had the job done in no time! As a tenant, I was really happy with the communication level to me, as well as the property manager. Everything looks and works not just as good as, but much better than before there was a leak!

Jeff and Charlie are great! They respond quickly, show up and work efficiently. We highly recommend them. They installed a water softener, utility sink and ran electricity for ceiling fans for us so far. We plan to have them back to help with more projects at our new house soon!

Lance and Caleb did a great job in a timely manner. Both were very professional and assessed the situation before proceeding with the repair, succeeding in making the repair with minimal cutting into the wall and ceiling. Excellent job!!!

Contacted Water Heaters Only when I had no hot water the morning of June 5, 2019. I was told a technician could arrive at my home within 2 hours and was provided a 3-hour window. Dillon was the technician who inspected my water heater. Dillon was pleasant, polite and explained in detail the issue with the old water heater. He provided an estimate for a new water heater as well as explain in detail the installation. Dillon had the new water heater installed within 2 hours and answered any questions I had during the process. Great customer service when I contacted the office to make the appointment as well as the technician. Thank you.

PlumbSmart gets my vote for best plumbers. When I get great service I like to let other people know and these guys were awesome, exceeded my expectations on every point and very affordable, I would not hesitate to call them again.

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.
