Very unprofessional, zero respect for the customer, zero customer service from management, zero understanding of wireless thermostats, talk down to my wife about the fact that they didnât understand we owned a wireless thermostat, my wife is wheelchair-bound, and they argued that we didnât have a wireless thermostat, so I called the company and the lady on the phone said yeah yeah OK will talk to them and thatâs it, shameful customer service absolutely unprofessional
