Had an emergency clog in both showers and called 1 plumber place and they never got back to me after 2 hours. Called here and he was here within 5 minutes!!!! Was able to figure out the problems I was having and fix them at a completely affordable price. Will definitely be using again moving forward! Also, respected COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you!!

Good job. I believed it would take the technician a long time because since the task needed certain installations done. That was what I thought. However, he finished in 2 hours only, it must have been his well acquaintance with the job. Thank you so much.

I had a sink that was leaking A LOT! I called CTR plumbing & Erik was able to come out that afternoon. He knew exactly what the problem was right away and had it fixed in no time. He is so nice & obviously knows his stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed by my experience, from communication to the quality of service! I was in a tight spot trying to sell a house and the sewer line became an emergency that need to be done ASAP. Requested a service to have my toilet looked at due to weak flushing. Joe had come out to take a look and was very insightful/helpful for resolving the issue. The end result was just replacing the toilet anyways but Joe had taken a look around the house to verify what kind of sewage piping I had, gave me information regarding my water conditioner and house water pressure, etc.

All that to say, Joe had gone above and beyond what was asked of him when he came to look at my house.

Had 2 new ac units installed in my home today. The crew was prompt and courteous. They were careful to make sure the house was left exactly how they found it. They took time going over all the final paperwork and make sure I understood how to use the thermostat. Glad I found Arizona's Dukes of Air. Highly recommend. I have used them in the past and they never let me down.

This is the worst company ever! They immediately tried to sell me a service without even looking at the problem. When I called the office I was lied to and they were extremely rude. I had a second plumber come out and they fixed the problem and did some additional work that was over $1,000 cheaper than a verbal quote I was given. DO NOT USE this company!

Frank came out and installed my reverse osmosis system and water softener for a reasonable rate and he was very professional! Thank you for your quality service and great rates! 👍🏻😊
