The office people were terrible. I was working with them through my home warranty company, and after the warranty company approved the repair, Desert Rain tried to get another $265 from me by saying there were certain costs not approved. I put them on a conference call with the warranty company, which confirmed that that was not true, and then Desert Rain said they'd follow up and book me for the next day. On the next call, Desert Rain tells me that the warranty company randomly reassigned me to another plumber. Come to find out, it was Desert Rain that told the warranty company that they were no longer available. Looks like they decided that if they couldn't get the extra money by ripping me off, they just wouldn't come. I'm disgusted. I've been without hot water for a week, and this has caused massive delays, waste of time, and frustration. Do not use these crooks.
