River City is the best!!! They were super quick to respond! Within 24 hours we had a new hot water heater!! The technicians were on time, respectful, friendly, and took great care to protect our floors!! We’ve seen a lot of plumbers- River City is OUR new plumbing company!! Thank you!!

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

My husband and I have been waiting on them for the last 4 days to show up and no one show up. We called and Called and every time they said they will be at your house in an hour. Very unprofessional. My husband took off from work the last 4 days waiting on them. This upsets me to see very poor service from people that are 10 minutes away from where we live. Like no excuse for their delay. I am very upset and I won't recommend this place to any one.

This is my second time using Handyman Services and the quality of his work is out of this world. He's punctual, precise and very neat when working. He has a beautiful personality and always explains his work beforehand. Absolutely no surprises. I promise you won't be disappointed. I will definitely use him again! I can't begin to describe how thankful I am that I used Tankersley Plumbing for a recent problem I had at my home. I called them on July 4th thinking that if they were even open, they would charge an enormous service fee for working on a holiday. Much to my surprise, there was no fee for coming out to give me an estimate----not even on a holiday.

They came in a timely fashion (when they said they would), they gave me a free estimate (true to their word), provided an extremely reasonable quote (once again even on a holiday), and most importantly fixed the problem (efficiently and effectively).

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with their performance, their professionalism, and their work ethic.

Thanks, Guys. Y'all are the best. I highly recommend people call them FIRST for all their plumbing needs. I know I will.

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn’t leak. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue. The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn’t want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there’s no part to be had. When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don’t stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn’t do properly in the first place.

Great people to work with. I love this place.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
