Outstanding service and fair price. This company consistently gives great customer service and does a fantastic job. Had to have toilet replaced and drain work and the tech Ethan did a wonderful and professional job. When a defect was discovered, Ethan and the company without hesitation replaced at no cost. He is extremely knowledgeable, does great work, and is very courteous. I love that he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer before he left. I highly recommend Smith for any plumbing job (Ethan if you can get him. I had a kitchen faucet replaced years ago by another tech and they were excellent too so must be a great company to work for!) I am a customer for life!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I’d give them 4.5 stars if I could. We’ve lived in our current home for just under 1.5 years, and we recently noticed we had a leak under our kitchen sink. After some inspecting, we found out it was the disposal causing it. So we called the number on the disposal, and the company answered quickly. They were very responsive and communicated amazingly. I’ve worked with some companies who don’t even cancel a service when you call to cancel and others who don’t ever answer their phones. Chase S. was the plumbing specialist who helped us out. He was in and out, fixed our issue 100%, in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I trusted his professionalism. The only thing keeping them from a 5-star rating is the fact that they carry their most expensive disposals with them and encourage you to buy them by waiving the $80 diagnostics fee. We were going out of town and couldn’t wait for him to come back with a cheaper disposal so we were kind of forced to go with the more expensive one. But a great company with great service that went above and beyond my expectations!

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

I've used them exclusively for 23 years, but they recently replaced a water heater for me and the entire experience has been a bad one. They cut a hole in my ceiling and didn't tell me they wouldn't replace it until after the new heater was installed. Then, when the office staff called to schedule the code inspection I was given a date and waited all day with no code inspector arriving. I called the plumber the next day and was told they called me (no call or message recorded on my phone) 2 weeks ago to let me know the code inspectors don't do water heaters on Mondays or Tuesdays (my appt. was on a Monday) and it was really hard to get an appointment made for an inspection. I called the inspector's myself and they laughed when I told them the excuse I was given and said that was absolutely false, they do inspections on water heaters Mon-Fri. So I asked if I could make my own appointment and cut out the plumber. They gave me the permit number and other information to schedule an appointment myself and I did it in under 5 minutes with no problem whatsoever. Needless to say, I will not use Ray Baker again. They lied to me and were inherently inept at the way they handled the situation. It's disappointing, especially after 23 years of good service.

The employees were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. Fees were not charged until a resolution was reached (for example, no charge for the service call or rooter device that was tried unsuccessfully. I was only charged for the jet device that actually worked.). The price was in line with having a couple of plumbers and machines on site for a couple of hours. Never used a service like this before but would definitely use Rotor Rooter again.

Called beforehand and showed up right on time, and fixed our problem within 10 minutes. Billy was knowledgeable, polite, and very efficient. Wasn't as expensive as other places in the area either. Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing issues.
