Best Residential Plumbing in Memphis TN

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

Will Newman and another gentleman from Smith’s Plumbing Services came to our home for a consultation. We had a leak from the plumbing system in our bedroom. We mostly discuss the issue with Will who was exceptionally knowledgeable of the issue, and gave us various options to solve the problem. He also patiently answered all of our questions. It was such a pleasant experience and both gentlemen were very professional. As a result, we scheduled an appointment with the company to repair the leak.

I love them, no problem no issues with this company. Early mornings, late afternoons working fixing all water problems with no attitude just good service. Always there and will be there when they say they will. Love them, Husband, wife and son

Wonderful company to work alongside with. Owner is one of the most honest peoples I've had the pleasure of working with. Goes above & beyond to do the right thing no mater the cost to himself. One of our guys had some tools go missing off a job-site, convinced one the HVAC guys stole them, went to the owner to complain. Without blinking an eye Reuben pulled out cash and asked and paid our employee for the missing tools. Our employee found his tools in the trunk of his car where he had left them for safe keeping during lunch. I've personally watch fist fights occur on job-sites caused by those accusations. Mind blown to how 3G handled that situation. 15 years I've been in the trades, First time I have ever witnessed such class. One of many small things they do to go the extra mile. WOW!!
Technicians are dressed presentably and are respectful and patient with clients. Dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and by far 3G Heating & Cooling continues to blow me away with how customer friendly they are.

Great family business who care about their customers

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

The guy (Shane I think was his name) that came out was very friendly and professional. Veronica was accommodating and helped get someone out ASAP!!! This company is a bit more on the expensive side, or it could be everywhere as a side effect of COVID, but we got our issue fixed SAME DAY which we had to do since we had company coming in tonight!

Revision: all of the above is still true, but we did have to have someone come back out because the original installer did not do the job correctly and the shower handle fell off again. Second guy even made comments about how he could have missed the mistake, but alas… the shower has been fine since he took care of it.

We had a water leak at the commode. He fixed it and knew what he was doing. On time and reasonably priced. We've used Culpeppets several times and have been pleased each time. Good service.
