I am impressed with Smith’s Plumbing. Ryan Nelson was knowledgeable about my problem and after he checked everything out he sat down with me and told me about 3 options to how Smith’s Plumbing could fix all my homes problems. My home was built in 1986 and has same water heater and old pipes so I have been nervous about how much this was going to cost but Ryan talked me off the ledge and gave me hope again. The cost of my project ended up being less than I thought which made me very happy. Matthew and Wade came to help and they were sweet too. Who ever hires your folks are doing a great job picking employees. I have not talked to anyone on the phone or in person that was not professional and polite. Thank you from the bottom of heart.

Raymond Woods was our plumbing technician. Ray did an excellent job! He was thoughtful and patient with us. Ray explained the best options and was very transparent with all information presented. Because I had tried to fix this thing on my own I learned a few things about parts and quality. When Ray showed me the products he would be installing, I understood and appreciated the quality of the parts. The whole process from start to finish was A+ five stars. I will recommend Stewart plumbing to anyone who needs the work. You could go with another guy but you get what you pay for so becareful. Ray will be my guy for all my plumbing repairs no question.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
