Smith's Plumbing Services' technician showed up at the scheduled time to inspect & quote the cost to replace a section of buried sewer line & install a cleanout. Two field techs came the day & time promised to complete the job. They cleaned up & hauled away all debris. They were professional, courteous & got the job done. I recommend this company and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Tacker Plumbing rescued us today. My husband works long hours and my son works in sweltering heat all day. For them to come home to a busted water pipe and no water, distressed me a lot! I called Tacker and they came within the hour. They went straight to work and ended up shoulder deep in the ground. They did not stop working until the job was done. They offered me cold water, which embarrassed me because I was too busy watching them to even think of offering THEM cold water. He showed me the piece of pipe that was damaged and explained what they had to do. After an hour and a half they were done, water was back on, and I was totally relieved. I give them 5 stars for timeliness, professionalism, and kindness. They were worth every penny. I wish I could have afforded to give them a big tip. If you live in Marion, West Memphis, or any of the surrounding small towns, do yourself a favor and call the RIGHT people the FIRST time: Tacker Plumbing.

Guy from Lowes recommended this store when they didn’t have the part I needed. They had the part at a fair price.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

I have used All Clear on two occasions at a rental property. The fist time Bobby was the plumber and he cleared several drains for me. About a month later one of them clogged again. Bobby came out and cleared it at no charge.

The second time, Mel was the plumber and he found and repaired a leak in a copper supply line.

Both Bobby and Mel were very professional and conscientious. The prices for their work is reasonable too.

My time frame for service was 2-5 pm. Adam M. came to my house right at 2 and was very knowledgeable and personable. I had bought a kitchen faucet that didn't fit, and he couldn't fix the problem without major expense. I have to return the faucet, and he told me exactly what specifications to look for in a new one. He gave me valuable advice on some other plumbing issues as well. He also seemed very positive about Stewart Plumbing and proud to be an employee. I would recommend Adam at Stewart Plumbing to anyone, and I give him 5 stars!

Came the same day I called. Cleaned out drain, cleaned up water mess. Very efficient and polite.

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
