Best Plumbing Work in Memphis TN

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

Guys were vary kind, done a great job, will most definitely use again.

Had a busted water heater in the attic, that was spilling water into the ceiling of a bedroom, the fellas (Trey and Alden) came out quickly and assessed the situation and removed the suspect water heaters and installed a tankless water heater - thank you for the great and quick service! Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

Henry did a great job repairing cabinets that were starting to separate from the wall. He was very thorough and talked me through the method he would use to repair the cabinets. The cabinets seem to be more stable now and have the proper support.

Albert Cook Plumbing is the best in town! We had a huge sewer back up and like most homes in Midtown the pipes are OLD. They scoped the pipes, then cleaned them out and replaced the ones that had collapsed and lined others. It wasn't cheap but I never use the businesses that don't have years under their belt. Three man team working in some brutal conditions. Hats off to you Albert Cook!

Leak in pipes at the street. They were very prompt, quoted correct, reasonable price, and preformed great work. Highly recommend!!!
